DARCAS, INC. was founded by Darren Caswell in 2019. Darren was born, raised, educated, and started his career as an architect in England, UK. Darren left the UK in 1993 at 24 years old with a couple of thousand dollars in his pocket and a job interview in Ohio. After secondary school in the UK at 15, Darren served in the Royal Navy with aspirations of being a naval architect.

Darren honorably left the Royal Navy to pursue architecture in civilian life. Shortly after moving to America Darren’s career focus shifted to project management. Darren’s career has been operational execution in China, Russia, Mexico, MidEast, Europe and North America for mid size to large capital projects, in the private and publicly traded companies, with EBITDA accountability.

Darren understands how to deliver results in the most extreme conditions.
